Who the service is for, accounts and roles, and that the account owner is responsible for who they invite.
That HaulClerk calculates pay for the owner to review and approve; the owner is responsible for approving pay and for paying drivers, withholding and taxes.
Subscriptions: per-active-truck pricing, the free trial, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Customer data: who owns it, how to export it, what happens when an account is closed.
Acceptable use, availability, limits of liability, and changes to the terms.
