For dump truck owners with 2 to 20 trucks
Pay day, checked to the cent.
Forward your weekly TRUX statement. HaulClerk puts every ticket on the driver who hauled it, works out everyone’s pay, and has it waiting for your OK. Stop doing payroll at the kitchen table.
From $29 per truck a month. Works with TRUX statements.
How it works
Statement in Monday. Pay out Wednesday.
- Step 1
Forward the statement
Your TRUX statement lands Monday. Forward it to your private HaulClerk address, or set a Gmail filter once and never think about it again.
- Step 2
We match every ticket
Each ticket goes to whoever drove that truck that day, swaps and fill-in days included. The statement has to add up to the cent or we don’t load it.
- Step 3
You approve pay
Every driver’s pay is worked out and waiting for your OK. Approve the week, then pay through your bank or payroll service like you always do.
The pay week
Every driver. Every ticket. One screen.
Percent of the truck, by the ton or by the load. Extras and deductions on top. Fuel surcharge kept by the company unless you say otherwise. Approve it and it’s locked in, with a record of who changed what.
| Driver | Truck | Tickets | Hauling | Pay |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Driver A | Truck 1 | 18 | $3,963.02 | $1,188.91 |
| Driver B | Truck 2 | 15 | $3,420.60 | $1,026.18 |
| Driver C | Truck 3 | 9 | $2,077.62 | $623.29 |
| Total driver pay | $2,838.38 | |||
Mistakes it catches
It won’t pay anybody off a bad number.
HaulClerk checks every truck’s lines against the statement’s own subtotals before anyone gets paid. When something’s off, it tells you in plain words.
Truck 2 had 4 tickets Tuesday, Nov 4, with no driver. Who drove it?
Truck 3's lines add up to $2,077.61. The statement says $2,077.62. We didn't load it. Nobody gets paid off a statement that doesn't add up.

Questions
What owners ask first.
Do you run payroll or touch our bank account?
No. HaulClerk works out what each driver earned and you approve it. Taxes, withholding and the actual payment stay with your payroll service or accountant. We never ask for bank details or Social Security numbers.
We only haul through TRUX. Does it work for us?
That’s exactly who it’s built for first. HaulClerk reads TRUX remittance statements today. Broker statements are next; send us yours and we’ll add it.
What if drivers swap trucks?
Tell HaulClerk who drove what from which day, and add one-day swaps when they happen. If a truck has tickets on a day with no driver, we ask you before anything gets paid.
Can drivers be paid by percentage, by the ton or by the load?
All three. Set a company default, change it per driver, and decide whether drivers get any of the fuel surcharge. Most owners keep it.
Do I need to give you my Gmail password?
Never. You forward statements to a private address. HaulClerk never logs into your email.
What does it cost?
$29 per active truck a month for Pay, $45 for Profit, $99 minimum. 14-day free trial with a card on file. Cancel any time.
