How it works
Five steps. Most of them are ours.
You set it up once. After that, the weekly job is forwarding one email and pressing one button.
Set up in one sitting
Sign up, add a card, and tell the setup assistant about your trucks, your drivers, who drives what, and how you pay them. Type it like you’d text it: “Truck 1 is Sam since March, Truck 2 is Alex, everybody gets 30%.”
I have 3 trucks. Truck 1 is Sam, Truck 2 is Alex, Truck 3 is Jo. Everybody gets 30% of what their truck hauls.
Got it. Saved 3 trucks and 3 drivers, and a company default of 30% of hauling with the fuel surcharge kept by the company. When did Sam start on Truck 1?
Forward your statement
Every company gets a private address. Forward your TRUX statement to it, or set a Gmail filter once. Gmail asks to confirm the new address; HaulClerk catches that email and puts the confirm button in your Settings.

HaulClerk reads every ticket and checks each truck against the statement’s own subtotals and total. If it doesn’t add up exactly, it isn’t loaded, and you’re told why.
Every ticket gets a driver
Statements pay per truck. HaulClerk knows who had each truck each day, fill-ins and swaps included. A truck-day with no driver gets flagged before anyone is paid.
Truck 2 had 4 tickets Tuesday, Nov 4, with no driver. Who drove it?
You approve the week
Check the pay week, add any extras or deductions, approve. Drivers can see their own pay and tickets in the driver portal. You pay them the way you always have.
